Abstract:
This paper proposes a contingent valuation of the value of the apple orchards landscape in the Governorate of Kasserine; we are interested especially in the landscape of the region of Sbiba (the 1st producer of apples with 45% of regional production). Survey was conducted on a sample of 100 people; willingness to pay (WTP) was revealed on the basis of creating an agricultural mutual to maintain and develop the apple orchards space.
