Abstract:
Graphene shows remarkable optical behavior, where above an incident light intensity threshold, transmission is attenuated. There is significant interest in synthesizing large-area graphene films at low temperatures by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) for optical device applications. The results obtained shows that therefractive index of graphene is while that of graphene conductance is and graphene density . The modified CVD method is expected to allow the direct growth of graphene in device manufacturing processes for practical applications while keeping underlying devices intact.
