Abstract:
In the present investigation, the thermal resistance behavior of ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) containing nano Al2O3 particles has been investigated at the age of 56th day. A partially cement was partially replaced by 0.5 %, 1 %, 1.5 %, 2 % and 3 % nano Al2O3 particles. The change in weight and change in compressive strength of the produced specimens were measured, after 4 hours exposed in elevated temperature about 300°C, 600°C and 900°C at a rate of heating 10 °C/min.

The atomic absorption spectroscopy studies shows that, the protection rate enhances with rise in the concentration of expired Ganciclovir drug on the MS in 3 M HCl solution.

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to provide an explanation of factors influencing customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty towards m-commerce in Oman. The research consists of 100 respondents as a sample. Data were analyzed by employing correlation analysis. The proposed model was empirically tested and results confirmed that user interface quality have a significant positive impact on m-commerce customer satisfaction and m-commerce customer trust. The results also indicate that m-commerce customer satisfaction and m-commerce customer trust are correlated in positive manner.

The research reported here sought to examine the social listening phenomenon
with a formal approach, and seek to establish it as a vital component of marketing
strategy. With the phenomenal growth in social media, it was predicted that
marketing companies would need to leverage access to this platform to understand
and reach customers. The study was based on an intensive analysis of four case
studies. This data was supplemented by interviews with eight individuals to
understand their perceptions about how social listening as a component of
integrated marketing communication (IMC) impacts the organizational brand. The
interviews and case studies all indicate that in order to perform in today’s market,
social listening is imperative to business. Companies that do not do social listening

A group of 50 Senior Civil Servants (only males) were selected from Rajasthan state with
in the age limit of 40-60 years. Personal Profile surveyby Dr Surbhi Purohit &Life
Satisfaction Questionnaire by Q.G.Alam & Srivastava were taken to assess Emotional
Intelligence & Life Satisfaction respectively.Data was analysed using statistical techniques
such as z-test,Percentage score & Correlation. Findings revealed a positive correlation
betweenEmotional Intelligence &Life Satisfaction in Senior Civil Servants.
