Abstract:
This paper empirically examines human capital development and banking performance in Nigeria. There is no doubt that, a performing bank hosts men and women alike with rare, inimitable, valuable and un-substitutable skills which will apparently move the bank forward. Experience around the world has shown that inadequate necessary human capital (skilled person) in banking sector results in dwindling growth in an economy.

Abstract:
A key concern in the research on mobile payment systems has been to better understand the continuance of mobile payment systems by users. The aim of this study is to explore the mechanism for understanding the role of compatibility, task characteristics and technology characteristics, as well as to examine the impact of satisfaction on the continued intention of mobile payment users.

Abstract:
The prosperity of a nation lies on the factor of inclusive growth and eradication of social as well as financial inequalities. In order to alleviate poverty and empower women, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) initiated the concept of Self- Help Group (SHG) in mid-80‘s and in 1992 started Self- Help Group Bank Linkage Programme (SBLP) to link the SHGs with banks to provide financial assistance at an affordable cost. At present this programme is considered as the largest microfinance movement of the world.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to find out how to optimize portfolios using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method at IDX-30 Index companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This model based itself on equilibrium conditions. In market equilibrium conditions, the level of return required by investors for a stock would be affected by the risk of the stock.

This paper focus on how well organized and systematic way of real time information system, new technology, lean techniques combinedly used to bring the reduction in number of days or lead time performed in traditional way of verifying the organizations stock keeping unit (SKU) the annual physical counts carried out during the end of each financial / calendar year and declaring to the statutory audit purposes. Also, mainly it focuses on eliminating the bottleneck of counting areas within four walls and the time spent by identifying wastes in entire process of an automotive component manufacturing industry.
