Abstract: Since 2000, the National survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) realized that the use of crystalmethamphetamine is keeping on increasing. In 2005 NSDUH conducted a survey and revealed that over than 10 million people teenagers and adults have tried to use Crystal meth at least more than once in their lifetime[1][2]. round 1.3 million people reported using Crystal meth between before 2005 and 512, 000.00 reported using Crystal meth within the last month before the statistic was taken[3][4][5][7][8][9]. From the result of the University of Michigan’s Monitoring the Future Survey, nearly 5 % of high school seniors in the United States used Crystal meth at least once in their lifetime and 3% used in the past year[6]. Crystal meth users who inject the drug expose themselves to additional risks, including contracting HIV, hepatitis B and C, and other blood-borne viruses. Chronic users who inject Crystal Meth also risk scarred or collapsed veins, infections of the heart lining and valves, abscesses, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and liver or kidney disease[7][8][9]. Abstract: Advertising is a way to showcase one’s products or services an offer consumer a vast choice in term of what they are offered and what they can choose to buy. For the customer advertising offers them a choice to get at the best price. Moreover, advertisements are used to introduce a business establish a brand and position a company, product or service with in the eyes of purchase against the other established competitive business. The sample for study chosen was 50. A questionnaire was in comprehensively prepared of to determine the advertisement effectiveness on consumer behaviour. The results show that advertising is very useful to create awareness among consumers but they are unsuccessful to build powerful perception in consumer’s mind. Two variables such as consumer perceptions and brand awareness about a particular product will persuade and influence the consumer to buy a product, as there is positive relations exist between two of them. Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the Digital Grab Indonesia's business strategy in winning competition in the city of Kupang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted in the city of Kupang by using a sampling technique to select informants, namely the purposive sampling method. The instrument used in this study was to use interviews with informants in this study were the Kupang Grab Manager, Grab Partner Acquisition (4W), Grab General Admin, City Grab Business Developer (BD), GrabCar Drivers, Conventional taxi drivers, Community, and Customer Division in Kupang. In addition to interviews, observations and supporting documents in the form of books and previous research on the same field study as this research, and triangulation was also used in this study. To test the validity of the data in this study using research data triangulation methods through checking various sources to get saturated research data. This research shows that Indonesia's Digital Grab Business Strategy for Winning Competition in Kupang City includes: Internal Environmental Analysis The strengths of the Grab digital business in Kupang City are: the existence of team work; application of performance management systems; Always innovating education about applications and providing incentives; Recruitment of workers has qualifications. Weaknesses of Digital Grab Business in Kupang City are 1) there is no maximum distance limit so that it is potentially prone to crime. 2). Still not allowed to pick up passengers at the airport. 3) The use of the application experiences problems that arise from partners / drivers who are not good at IT. External Environmental Analysis: Digital Grab Business Opportunities in Kupang City, namely: inviting conventional taxi drivers to join Grab; promotion; follow market trends.
