Integrating Generative AI into Educational ERPs: An AI-Powered Framework for Student Risk Analysis
Arpit Kakran, Lalit Pathak, Sangharsh Kumar, Ambrish Mishra, Prof. Nawneet Pandey
Abstract:
The global higher education sector is currently navigating a student retention crisis that costs institutions approximately $10.72 billion annually. While Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems serve as the administrative backbone of these institutions, they often function as static "systems of record" rather than proactive "systems of insight."

Real-Time Object Detection and Semantic Segmentation
Architecture, Training Pipelines, and the Roboflow-YOLOv8 Workflow
Sharad Kumar Trivedi
Abstract:
Modern visual perception systems are increasingly characterized by two dominant paradigms: real-time object detection models operating over fixed class taxonomies and prompt-conditioned foundation models enabling zero-shot, pixel-level segmentation.

Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Predictive Workforce Analysis within the Oracle Cloud HCM Ecosystem
Mahesh Ganji
Abstract:
The study investigates the possibility of incorporating machine-driven predictive analytics into Oracle
Cloud HCM for the purpose of optimizing the management of the workforce. The study predicts performance and employee attrition using machine learning models, including Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, and Support Vector Machines. Findings indicate that the highest accuracy in predictions is found in Random Forests. Also discussed are ethical factors such as data privacy and algorithm fairness. The findings highlight the possibility of using AI to improve HR decisions.

Real-Time Object Detection and Semantic Segmentation
Architecture, Training Pipelines, and the Roboflow-YOLOv8 Workflow
Sharad Kumar Trivedi
Abstract:
Modern visual perception systems are increasingly characterized by two dominant paradigms:
real-time object detection models operating over fixed class taxonomies and promptconditioned foundation models enabling zero-shot, pixel-level segmentation. This paper presents a unified technical analysis of representative architectures from each paradigm - You Only Look Once (YOLOv8) and the Segment Anything Model (SAM / SAM 2). We examine their underlying design principles, including architectural composition, loss formulations, and inference strategies, highlighting key differences in efficiency, generalization, and deployment characteristics.

Accurate Time Series Forecasting of the Saudi Arabian Stock Market Using Hybrid Deep Learning Models
Zamzam Abdulaziz Almushayti*, Ali Mustafa Qamar Khan
Abstract:
Forecasting financial markets is one of the hardest problems in applied economics, and the
difficulty only multiplies in volatile emerging markets. This paper takes on that challenge by
forecasting the Saudi Arabian stock market index (TASI) using ten years of daily data (2014–
2024), combining traditional econometric methods with state-of-the-art deep learning
techniques.
