Abstract:
Office romance is a reality of the modern workplace as more and more employees meet their best friends and life-partners through their professional connections. Over 40% of today's employees have had personal and romantic relationship with their co-workers and 30% of the marriages were initiated at the workplace. Fewer workers now keep their office relationships a secret. As such, the workplace is a "hotbed" for romance since more people spend more of their time at work these days. As such, there is a need for clear policies and rules regarding personal relationships with colleagues and managers.

Abstract:
The pathological image segmentation is important in cancer diagnosis and grading. In human body, tissues are characterized with the organization of their components. Cancer causes the changes in these organization. In order to diagnose the cancer disease, pathologist visually examine the changes in the tissue. This examination mainly relies on the visual interpretation. It may lead to considerable amount of observer variability. Hence, they may or may not identify the abnormal tissue. To avoid this problem robust algorithms are introduced for segmentation.

Abstract:
An individual is typically referred by numerous name aliases on the web. Accurate identification of aliases of a given person name is useful in various web related tasks such as information retrieval, sentiment analysis, personal name disambiguation, and relation extraction. We propose a method to extract aliases of a given personal name from the web. Given a personal name, the proposed method first extracts a set of candidate aliases. Second, we rank the extracted candidates according to the likelihood of a candidate being a correct alias of the given name. We propose a novel, automatically extracted lexical pattern-based approach to efficiently extract a large set of candidate aliases from snippets retrieved from a web search engine.

Abstract:
In Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, 6 Nos. continuous casting machines (CCM) are installed in Continuous Casting Complex. Each CCM is 12m radius and mould size is 320mmx250mm cross-section. Bloom withdrawal stands are used in continuous casting machines to withdraw and to support the bloom, as the bloom gets solidified from liquid state. Each stand consists of one bottom and one top roller. These bloom withdrawal stands work in a very high temperature zone and corrosion environment.

Abstract:
This paper presents a methodology based on the collocation multiquadric radial basis functions to analyze the static and dynamic behavior of isotropic rectangular plates. The inertia and dissipative terms are evaluated by employing Newmark implicit time marching scheme. The spatial discretization of the differential equations generates greater number of algebraic equations than the unknown coefficients. The multiple linear regression analysis, based on the least square error norm, is employed to obtain the coefficients.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to examine Indian Male consumer's buying behavior and understand the key factors of branded clothing which influence Male consumer's involvement towards fashionable branded clothing. A survey was conducted from general Male consumers between the age group of 20-45 years to obtain experiential evidence by using questionnaire, personal interview and some statistical techniques. The total of 410 respondents filled the questionnaires. The results indicate that status branding, brand attitude, paying premium prices for branded clothing, self-concept and reference groups were found to have positive effects on Male consumer buying behavior while increasing consumer involvement in fashion clothing.

Paying bill is no more a nightmare for the people in recent days with the advent of technology. E-payment system has introduced multiple facilities of paying bills to the members. Now the members can pay their bills online by using the internet, if the facility available. They can also pay the same through net banking services. But according to a recent survey, only 6% Indians use Internet and out of these internet users only 42% people have the knowledge to make payment through electronic system. Hence it can be easily concluded that in our country majority of the members are out of this comfort zone to utilize these facilities due to different limitations.

Abstract:
The present paper discusses the closed-form solution of the one dimensional Heat equation with Nonlocal condition by Variational Iteration Method (VIM). The advantage of this method is to overcome the difficulty of calculation of Adomian's polynomials in the Adomian's decomposition method. Variational Iteration Method has been widely used to handle linear and nonlinear models. Numerical results are provided to show the accuracy of the proposed method.

Abstract:
In this paper, we report structural and optical properties of Mn doped ZnS nanoparticles, having average size 2.44-1.60 nm have been synthesized by co-precipitation method using Thioglycolic Acid as external capping agent. Zinc blende crystal structure ZnS:Mn nanoparticles has been confirmed by the X-ray diffraction studies. Absorption spectra have been obtained using UV-Vis spectrophotometer to find the optical direct band gap.

In this paper internal model control and fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is combined into a whole controller which make up a new controller fuzzy self-tuning PID internal model controller. First the internal model control system can be changed into conventional PID unity feedback control system through introducing pade series to approximate the time delay unit. Then using fuzzy inference to tune the PID parameters online, the fuzzy self tuning PID internal model controller is realized. This controller combines the advantage of fuzzy control, internal model control and PID control.

Bluetooth technology is intended primarily as a replacement of cables between electronic devices, as in Personal Area Networks (PANs), or for connecting the components of a computer system. In addition, larger topologies like "scatternets" are targeting wider geographical area applications in colleges, universities, factories, warehouses, shopping malls and various sensor network applications. For scatternet formation and scheduling issues, less attention has been given to optimizing scatternet topologies. Abstract:
This paper presents the result of process and device simulation using silvaco TCAD tools to develop SOI MOSFET. The aim of this simulation work is to study effect of channel doping concentration and SOI layer thickness on electrical behaviour of the device. The results obtained show that as channel doping concentration decreases threshold voltage decreases and good saturation region in Id-Vd curve is obtained.
